The latest update regarding the shoot of Vijay’s current movie KAAVALAN is that, the shooting had got over with only one song pending, In the mean time, Vijay has moved over with the VELAYUDHAM team for the second schedule at Pollachi, wherein the shooting would be continued for 20 days. After the second schedule, Vijay and Kaavalan would be going abroad, for the song shoot.

Audio of Kaavalan is all set to be expected to be released in November 1st week. Vijay had worked really hard for each and every scene and is very sure to strike as the box office king with kaavalan.

Its well known that our Ilayathalapathy Vijay has a huge fan base all

over the world espcially in Tamilnadu.Vijay is well known for his boy

next door looks and his screen presence which had made him to reach

heights.

Recently the Vijay Awards Ceremony took place at chennai where many

film fraternities gathered together. Many artists bagged the awards for

their hard work they have put in.And its needless to say that Vijay is

sure to be added in the list.With Vettaikaran which had hit the screens

last year, Our Ilayathalapathy Vijay has won THE MOST FAVOURITE ACTOR

for the year 2009 and for the movie Vettaikaran. The award was given to

Vijay by one of his close friend in cine circle and actor Suriya and

Director Dharani.Vijay was earlier awarded as the Best Entertainer and

Next superstar at the same award ceremony as well. Vijay said that he

was very happy in being awarded as the most favourite actor for the

year 2009 and congragulated all other artists who had bagged the awards.

Apart from Vijay, his movie Vettaikaran won awards under the following categories.

Favorite Actor [Fe] - Anoushka (Vettaikaaran)

Favorite Music Director - Vijay Antony (For Naa adicha thangamaata song)

Favorite Song - Chinna Thamarai (Vettaikaaran)
